The incumbents are soft. Nerdy, the parent of Varsity Tutors, is shrinking: $179M revenue in FY2025, down two straight years, trading near one times sales. Revolution Prep dates to 2002. Kaplan and Princeton Review feel like a previous era.
The white space. No one combines behavioral-transformation test prep with embedded AI coaching. That is the open seat, and it is yours to take.
The market pays about one times revenue for tutoring tech. Your edge is the behavioral and AI moat and a platform kids stay in for years.
